Welcome to Grounded In Wellness, a place for self-exploration, discovery, healing, and growth. I am a licensed psychotherapist and addictions counselor with over fifteen years of behavioral health experience and community servanthood. I provide individual psychotherapy and chemical health assessments, as well as couples, family, and group counseling spaces. Therapeutic services are offered both in person and via Telehealth.

Hours and Location:
Therapeutic Services are offered Monday-Friday 9-5 pm and Every Other Saturday 9-2 pm
Our Space is located in the Historic Northwestern Building at 275 Fourth Street East, Suite 803 St. Paul, MN 55101
Payment Options Include:
Self Pay/Sliding Fee Scale (Inquire about rates)
I accept Health Partners, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Medica, Preferred One, Cigna, Ucare, and all Medicaid/MN State Plans
